This full motion TV wall mount has a long extension up to 40'', allowing you to position your TV more flexibly. With its sturdy long dual arms, it is a perfect solution for corner mounting, which can utilize more space.
This large TV wall mount is suitable for 42''-90'' flat or curved screen TVs and is able to load up to 150 lbs. It is compatible with VESA hole patterns from 200x100mm to 800x400mm (To be specifically, 200X100mm, 200X150mm, 200X200mm, 300X200mm, 300X300mm, 400X200mm, 400X300mm, 400X400mm, 600X400mm, 800X400mm). It works with most TV brands, including Samsung, TCL, LG, Sony, Hisense, Vizio, etc.
The extending wall mount for TV can be extended 40” from the wall to cover more viewing positions. It is ideal for corner TV mounting with a long arm that can be adjusted more flexibly. Not only does it expand viewing angles, but it makes full use of the corner and leaves more space for other furniture. When retracted back the wall, it flushes 3'' against the wall, saving space and creating a sleek look.
This full motion TV mount upgrades your viewing experience. You can swivel the TV left or right at 90 degrees so you can watch TV from different seats. If there is reflective light, you can tilt the TV down at 12 degrees to eliminate glare. You can also tilt up at 5 degrees for easy cable management. If the TV is not leveled after installation, you are able to level it with its 3° leveling adjustment.
This long arm TV mount is built with 2 extra arms, which are sturdy and strong to load a TV of up to 150 lbs. It added a vertical arm to secure the 2 arms and a parallel arm to secure an arm. The extended TV wall mount is constructed of quality cold-rolled steel which ensures stability and long-time usage.
The long arm mount has a large open wall plate. If the place where you want to mount the TV happens to have outlets, the open design allows you to mount your TV without being blocked.
Long extension TV mount MD2285-XL has a 28'' wall plate, which fits 16''/18''/24'' wood stud or concrete wall. It takes 3 simple steps to complete the installation. 1. Install the wall plate. 2. Attach brackets to the TV back. 3. Hang TV on the wall plate. Comes with all necessary hardware and a detailed user manual, so the installation can be done quickly and easily.
Note: If the arms are stiff, which is normal as a full-motion wall mount so that the TV weight does not simply move the TV from the position if too loose/smooth. Please add some additional oil/grease on the arm joints which will slowly help smoothen the operation over time as being used.

I've had this up for about a week and have been pulling it in and out daily with no issues. I actually reached out to the manufacturer directly to see if I was able to reverse the wall plate so that it pulled out further from the right instead of the left and they sent me clear instructions with illustrations within the hour. It was an easy install and feels really secure. This is exactly what I was looking for to be able to rotate my 85" tv 90 degrees to switch the facing of it from living room to kitchen.
Just got this. I was wondering if people are taking this thing apart to facilitate installation. I saw one reviewer contemplating this. By way of review, this thing is built like a tank. Needs to be solidly bolted into structural members, not drywall. Single person here so I'm plotting my strategy. TV is only 48 lbs. but very awkward for 1 person. Ordered the 4 pack of OUTIMATE furniture jacks to get some more hands in the game. Stay tuned. Continuing saga: Unbolted the mounting plate from the main assembly, which made it much easier to mount to the wall. Built a pair of stands from plywood scraps hanging about the shop, positioned them underneath the tv, which was mounted on a rolling stand, lifted the tv with jacks (OUTIMATE) , moved the rolling stand out and set the tv on the wall mount. Whew! I didn't use the included brackets, I used the brackets from the rolling stand which were already attached to the tv. A little dodgy, but secure. After adjusting the bolts, the tv swings nicely in all directions, and is very solid. Just to be clear, I'm 78, doing this by myself, and I rehearsed it until I thought I could get it done. It was still a little scary. All this drama could be eliminated with the help of a couple of young, strong people. All the young, strong people in my tribe are out of town so I had to do it myself. Totally satisfied with the result. Good solid product.
Great Quality, easy to install and fast delivery!
This mount is incredibly sturdy and definitely meant for much heavier TVs than the 48" LG C3 OLED that I am using. Setup was straightforward. Its a two stud wide base, meaning, if you have a stud that is centered, like I did, it will not span across to allow you to hit the two outer studs. So, I was able to offset it just slightly, mount it to the center stud, and one of the studs on the right of center. Then, the TV itself, once mounted, can be slid to either side a bit, so it ended up centered anyway. My main gripe with this mount is that, since its so heavy duty and can support 150lbs, the hinges that allow you to pull the tv outward and turn it to the side are EXTREMELY stiff. It takes a lot of force to move it. I'm going to see if there is any way to loosen the bolts or at least add some lubrication to maybe make it easier, because as it is, I feel like I'm eventually going to do damage to my TV by pulling and pushing on it so hard, just to move it out and back in. I move my tv from flat against the wall to fully extended outward and turned 90 degrees, every day. So maybe it will naturally loosen up over time, or I can manage to loosen it up manually, like I said.If you aren't using a TV that is 55" or larger, or is much heavier than the 30lbs my TV is, I would recommend going with a less heavy duty model. This brand seems to be of high quality, but once again, this model should only be used if you have very large/heavy TVs.UPDATE: After reading another review here, I used a hex key and wrench to loosen the bolts by literally a 1/4 turn or even slightly less, and it is MUCH smoother and easier to move. It is still slightly stiff, but I don't feel comfortable loosening the bolts much further. A little bit of oil/lubricant could go a long way though. With a TV as light as mine, this is more than enough to make it much easier to move back and forth and not feel like I'm going to somehow damage my TV from moving it so frequently.
This TV wall mount was worth the money! I needed a versatile TV mount for an L-shaped room to hold my 65" TV so that it could be viewed from anywhere in the room. I am 56, 5' tall female and I did need another person to help me hold the mount level while I bolted it to the wall, as well as to help me attach the TV to the mount.
